I didn’t expect that stopping and smelling the roses would result in less frequent posting. I should have foreseen that, though.
The more time I took in appreciating and playing with makeup, the less of a “reviewer” I became.
It’s liberating not to have to monitor how long a lipstick lasts or how a particular product compares to something else. I didn’t realize that looking for minute differences between products causes me unnecessary stress. At the end of the day, the differences are too insignificant to matter.
This brings me to: Diva and Entourage.
In the next 5 days, I plan on wearing MAC Diva on one side and Lipstick Queen Entourage on the other. No more hankering to find out which lipstick is better by watching my lips like a hawk. I’ll just check on how my lips look on either side at the end of the day (or after a meal, right before brushing my teeth), will take note of whatever I see or don’t see, and leave it there. This should be fun.
Can you guess which lipstick I’m wearing on either side?
